Weekend Retreat at Camp de Benneville Pines
November 8-10, 2019
The second weekend in November is our retreat to the clear air and rustic beauty of our Unitarian-Universalist cabin camp in the mountains. Camp de Benneville Pines is about 75 miles from Fullerton in the San Bernardino Mountains near Angelus Oaks on Big Bear mountain. Cabins have hot showers. Delicious meals are served in the lodge. The registration fee covers Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast.
All UUCF members and friends--singles, couples, and families—are invited to attend. You naturally get to know each other better and build community spirit. There will be singing, hiking, children's activities and other workshops (or simply relaxing, if you prefer). If you have any talents to offer, please note them on the bottom of this registration form.
Beds have mattresses, but bring your own pillows, sleeping bags or sheets and blankets. Rooms typically have four single beds. For a higher fee, there are a few rooms with one double bed, Craig’s Cabin has an eclectic mixture of beds per room, and requests not fill the bed(s) in a room. Craig’s & Cabin 6 have a common living area with a kitchen. The Native American Alianza Group will join us, staying in Cabins 1, 2, & possibly part of 3.
Financial help is available for those who would like to attend but find it a hardship.
