On the third Sunday of every month, half of the non-pledged money collected at our offering during our Sunday service is given to a charity that has been selected by the Social Aciton Committee.  In this way, we help to support organizations in the community who promote social justice and are in agreement with our Seven Principles.

Some of the charities we support are:

  • The Armory Homeless Shelter in Fullerton
  • Hope House (drug and alcohol rehabilitation program)
  • Circulo de Amigas
  • The Lois Nettleship Scholarship Fund
  • The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill
  • The Fistula Foundation
  • Gamechanger Bucket
  • Pathways of Hope (FIES)
  • Crittenton
  • Build Futures
  • CareerWise
  • Standing on the Side of Love (UUA Program Fund)
  • CROP Hunger Walk
