The Membership Manager’s mission is to nurture UUCF’s community through the practice of intentional relationship-building, by guiding individuals and families of all ages toward deep connection, mutual care, and shared purpose within our congregation.

General Description:
The Membership Manager is the welcoming heart of UUCF. This role helps people find their place in our community, guiding newcomers on their journey from first-time visitor to active member. By combining warm hospitality with organized communication, you will help connect people’s personal passions, talents, and skills with the programs and ministries that make UUCF thrive. Ultimately, this position helps build a vibrant, inclusive community where everyone feels valued, connected, and supported.
